THERAPY FOR:
Anxiety
Women's Mental Health
Self-Esteem
Perfectionism
Entrepreneurs + Creatives
Burnout
Our therapists are passionate about supporting women, entrepreneurs, creatives, and those who identify as overachievers, perfectionists, or people pleasers. We understand that your life may feel like it moves “a million miles per hour.” This can get stressful and taxing- both in the mind and the body. We’re here to help you learn how to internally slow down, find your peace, and strengthen your emotional well-being.
Specialities: High Performers, Perfectionism, Anxiety, Burnout
As a recovering perfectionist and high-achiever herself, Erica understands how self-reliance and independence have contributed to her client's success. However, she emphasizes the importance of interconnectivity and asking for help- you don’t need to carry everything alone.
Erica perceives therapy as a dedicated space for slowing down and focusing inward. This is not the time for “doing” or “achieving.” It’s a time for introspection and untangling parts of your life that may feel shameful, messy, or stuck.
Erica strives to practice what she preaches (though therapy is never preachy). She is passionate about living mindfully and healthily- when not in session, she’s probably practicing Pilates or cooking nutritious meals.
In addition to being the owner and supervisor of Elevé Therapy & Co, Erica has had several years of experience working within substance abuse treatment facilities.

Cheyenne strives to empower clients to navigate their lives with both grace and resilience. Often, we are our own biggest critics, and Cheyenne serves as an unbiased mirror to help clients acknowledge and embrace their strengths. By fostering self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being, she supports individuals in emerging into their full potential as they navigate life's challenges.
Cheyenne perceives therapy as a tremendous honor. She believes it is a great privilege to accompany clients through their journeys to more self-discovery and emotional healing. She is committed to providing holistic care to help clients reduce symptoms of anxiety, disordered eating, body image disturbances, and overall stress.
As a former collegiate athlete, Cheyenne is passionate about the multifaceted challenges that coincide with an athlete’s well-being. In the past, she’s worked in various clinical settings, including eating disorder treatment facilities, community mental health, and hospice care. Cheyenne values compassion, growth, and knowledge and strives to embody these in her daily life. Outside of sessions, you can find her running, practicing yoga, crocheting cozy creations, or diving into a good book with music playing softly in the background.
Maddie strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their struggles while uncovering their inner strengths. She uses a warm, strengths-based approach and often integrates mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support clients in managing anxiety, depression, family stress, and life transitions.
She believes therapy is a courageous step toward building resilience and finding peace in daily life. With humor, warmth, and directness, Maddie partners with clients to develop healthier coping strategies, deepen self-understanding, and navigate relationships with greater ease.
Alongside her work in therapy, Maddie also has a background in social work, which informs her holistic perspective on care and well-being.
Outside of the therapy room, Maddie enjoys yoga, long walks, reading, and spending time with her family and dog. These practices recharge her and inspire the compassion and curiosity she brings into her work with clients.
