Therapy for High Achievers, Delivered with Depth and Clarity

MEET THE TEAM

Our therapists specialize in working with high achievers navigating perfectionism, burnout, high-functioning anxiety, and self-criticism. We understand what it’s like to function at a high level while feeling mentally “on” all the time. Therapy here is a space to slow the pattern down, build steadiness, and create change that feels sustainable—without sacrificing your edge.

LMFT & FOUNDER | OVER A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE

Erica Basso

Erica Basso is the founder of Elevé Therapy & Co and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience. After beginning her career in substance use treatment and higher levels of care, she opened her private practice in 2021 with a mission to help ambitious women navigate anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and the hidden emotional costs of constantly striving.

Over the years, Erica noticed a common pattern: many successful women weren't struggling because they lacked motivation—they were struggling because achievement had quietly become the way they measured their worth, managed uncertainty, and searched for relief. What once helped them excel eventually left them feeling anxious, exhausted, disconnected, and wondering why success no longer felt fulfilling.

That insight became the foundation of Elevé. Erica believes ambition isn't the problem. The problem begins when achievement becomes the only place we know how to feel enough. Her approach is warm, thoughtful, and gently challenging, helping clients understand the deeper patterns driving their striving, reconnect with what truly matters, and build lives where success is guided by their values—not by fear, perfectionism, or relentless self-pressure.

Outside of the therapy room, Erica enjoys Pilates, cooking nourishing meals, traveling, and embracing the slower moments of life she encourages her clients to create for themselves.

Erica's approach is warm, thoughtful, and gently challenging. She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive and mindfulness-based strategies, and attachment-informed work to help clients develop greater psychological flexibility, tolerate uncertainty with more confidence, and create lasting change. Rather than encouraging clients to become less ambitious, her goal is to help them pursue meaningful success without sacrificing their wellbeing, relationships, or sense of self.
